Application Process

At Second Chances ORG LLC we will not discriminate against any applicant*. Serving those with evictions and criminal history* " *Sex offenders, Arson convictions and Active DOC clients are excluded at this time." A background check will be completed. $25.00 Fee due at application, can be taken out of security deposit. All applicants will have to attend a meeting in person or via telephone to be approved by Second Chances. *HEN vouchers accepted if they apply to shared rooms.

Veterans encouraged to apply

*Veterans are encouraged to apply receive a 10% discount with proof of service. DD-214

House Managers

House Managers will receive single room for the price of a shared room. Must be able to provide some additional duties, such as run house meetings, keep the chore board updated and be the point of contact for the owner. Distribute supplies, welcome new residents. Store property, help with move-outs of property.

Additional Requirements

All residents must participate in NA/AA/sober support meetings as directed by their individual programs. All residents must agree to participate in a minimum of 2 community service/volunteer hours per month. Giving back to the community.

Clean and Sober Living

Per RCW 59.18.550

Drug and alcohol free housing—Program of recovery—Terms—Application of chapter. All participants will sign a lease and agree to the provisions in this chapter

Background Check Payment

$25.00

Please submit with your application. Please do not apply if you are an Active DOC client, have an Arson Conviction or Sex Offender. Your application will be excluded at this time due to insurance reasons. Cash can be accepted in person.

Donations, if you would like to donate to a person to help pay for a background check or help with a security deposit please click the PayPal button above. Each donation will go to a person in need. The funds are held in a separate account and applied if the applicant requests the funds.
