Shared rooms or single rooms are offered in shared housing (common space, kitchen, bathroom shared with other housemates.) Must agree to keep the home and your room clean and free of pests.
Second Chances plans to purchase additional homes were you can rent a single room, less people in the home while building your rental history. Only current residents may apply to these transition homes. Those that have employment and 6 or more more months clean and sober. We are currently pending on these properties.
Pricing will range from $500.00 for a shared room to $800.00 for single occupancy room (limited rooms). Security Deposit $200.00 can be split into 2 payments. $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit. $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit due at signing. All pets must be pre-approved0
Utilities will be covered in the monthly cost of your room
Must participate in treatment and or sober support meetings as required per RCW. Must sign lease agreement and abide by additional regulations. No smoking allowed in the homes, pets are a case by case bases.

*Additional requirements...participation in sober support meeting (NA/AA) and 2 hours per month community/volunteer service. Giving back to your community.

Must agree to keep your room clean and participate in chores for shared spaces in the home and yard maintenance.
Donate any amount to help a person pay for rent or deposit. Money from donations go to a separate account to help a person in need.
